Management transactions

Betolar’s managers and persons closely associated with them are obliged to notify the issuer and the FIN-FSA of their transactions relating to said issuer’s shares, debt instruments, or other financial instruments.

Instructions to disclose management transaction

A notification shall be made by the Managers and their Related Parties promptly and no later than three (3) business days after the date of the transaction to Betolar and the FIN-FSA.

1. Submit notification to FIN-FSA

Transactions shall be notified to the FIN-FSA primarily via electronic services. Managers and their Related Parties can log in to the electronic services at https://asiointi.finanssivalvonta.fi/.

2. Submit notification to Betolar 

Transactions shall also be notified to Betolar to betolar@fondia.com.  The notification to Betolar can be made by copying the information from the third page (Summary) of the electronic notification made in the FIN-FSA's electronic services and by sending them to the above-mentioned e-mail address. 

The Managers and their Related Parties may authorize another person to submit the said notification on their behalf. 

What information is notified?

The notification of transactions must contain the name of the person submitting the notification, the reason for the notification, the name of the relevant issuer, the nature of the transaction, indicating a description and the identifier of the financial instrument, the date and place of the transaction and the price and volume of the transaction.

The notification must also contain the following information regarding Betolar:

• the LEI-identifier of the Company: 743700TXZL6GQZMVSI98 
• ISIN code, if the notification regards such financial instrument of the Company, which are subject to public trading (e.g., ISIN code of the Company's shares is FI4000512587). Otherwise it is noted, that the financial instrument does not have ISIN code.
